Hey looky there a question I can help with.

It all depends on what trucks are available. There seen to be a lot of peterbilts then a good mix of freightliners and internationals.

I for instance almost got a 2009 Peterbilt but ended up with a 2011 international prostar. Honestly I didn't care as long as it was safe and ran I would have been happy.

That being said you generally won't have a choice.

Like Triple said, it all depends on what is available at the time of your solo.

Peterbuilt 387's, Freightliner Cascadia's and International ProStars. If you somehow hit the lottery you may end up with a Peterbuilt 587. Don't scoff at that, I have seen it happen that a brand new solo driver got a ride from a driver in an old 387 to go get his new Peterbuilt. Some people were not very happy about that either.

All four trucks I have been seated in have had satellite radio. May does not pay for it though. That is up to you.
