    Greetings guys,
I am still on the road since june 6th at my choice partly because at the end of june I was sitting in Joplin, Mo waiting a few days and no pay for that period to get out. I did a 34 restart and was ready to leave at 8am on the 24th, I was dispatched to pick up sunday night and was told I would get lay over pay, not what I wanted but it would get me out of Joplin. I show up at the shipper on sunday on time and find out that their is another carrier there to pick mine up. They make calls and it does go to other company. I find a walmart to sleep over. The next day 6-27 I get a dispatch out. I sat all those days for nothing and suppose to get lay over, more to come on this.

Pick up load and deliver to Orlando, FL. I unload at 3am and run out of hours legally before then. I do my 10 break on the street next to it. Guess what, nearest bathroom is 4 blocks away at a Arbys. I want to move to a T/S but do not get a ok tell the next day from night dispatch. If I would of been able to stay I would of done a 34 reset but moving 8 miles down the road to a T/S messes it up. All the crap food I have been eating I need to have a bathroom pretty close as I have almost had a couple blow outs! I have also gained 10 lbs since this trip. I really really want my inverter, it has been expressed a few times a week since I was issued a truck. I do not want to get out of shape and look like some of these "T-Rex" looking drivers who cant even reach the steering wheel! I even seen a few that assume the same shape as the tractor if they lay down. That being said, I want to stay active not sitting. I get a dispatch out of O-town and deadhead to Macon for a load, Get to Minnesota as fast as I can so I can 34 reset before I do two drops on that tuesday morning. Get all unloaded and dispatch a pick up next day.

Pick up and head towards drop on time. Get a QC message doing a repower for a team, get advised to drop this load (Refridge) at a drop yard in massillon, OH. I get there and their is not empty trailers and I do not want to leave a loaded trailer unsecure lock or not. I sit at this Mc D's waiting for my dispatch to open to figure out whats up.

I had 3200 miles last week on two runs. I was only paid 1 day layover, not 3 I was expecting, I will contact my DM. I noticed I am being taxed on my tuition reimbursement. I think this could be a error. Why tax me on school that I paid for out of my own pocket? I am still trying to get internet to my computer through my phone. When I do I can post more like my spooning buddy Efron!

Pandora music is my life saver since they removed the Sat Radios in many of the trucks. Thats a huge negative in my book as this was apart of the deal coming to May. Eventually I will take mine out my car and install my own in my truck I have the stratus 6 in my pov.

    Take care everyone, Be safe!

All the new trucks have satellite radio. My old Pete 4653 had satellite. Could be your truck just didn't get ordered with one.

That sucks. I could not drive without my satellite radio. The Cascadia I am in has the xm deck so now I can listen to Baseball while I drive. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, stupid Rockies.

I got 3400 this week, but last week was about 1600, but im running the dry side 11 western, mostly the I 5 corridor. I am so sick of California and the messed up roads, especially the grapevine.........
