I have a 06 387 and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the spot mirrors.. i have tried to move them by hand but they feel like they are not suppose to move. i wanted some advice before I mess up and break them.. the passenger side is way off I am looking more at my door then down the side of my truck. Thanks for the help

You should be able to adjust them, meaning they swivel on the back. There are two types we deal with; center mount and offset. Check and see if yours is center mount on the back, and if it is then look into getting an offset mount.

Try loosening the 3 screws on the back of the mirror. Be carefull you do not snap them off. if they are siezed up i would leave them alone. If they are not heated, replace them. Easy, cheap swap!

is that the mirror on the end of the hood or the spot mirror on the door mirrors.. i cant move the little spot mirror on the passanger door.. just want to make sure we are all talking about the same mirror because i do not see any screws

Yup,the 1 on the door mirror. If the truck has not been in salt and calcium chloride it should loosen up pretty easily. Use the right screwdriver, make sure it fits the slots. Should be a philips. If they are stuck spray penetrating oil on them and tap with a small hammer. Do this for a few days they should loosen up. I think the last spot mirror i bought was maybe $20-25.00.

Sorry man, I thought we were talking about the spot mirror on the hood. My mistake on the advice.

should be same as the T2000, and on my 08 they were stiff but adjustable
