I really have no idea what to do. Can't afford to sit idle another week waiting for a chance to get on with another company. I am suppose to head to texas for trans am orientation monday, already have the bus ticket in hand, so I have to go I guess. I know I have to get my experience from somewhere and pay my dues before I can make it big as a trucker. I'm not greedy and as long as I can net $550 to $600 a week, that will be more then I was making, and that will take care of me and my bills. If someone can offer some advice, more then what I've already read or have been told then please give me some.
Leave for WEL sunday night.

I agree. It may not be the best but it is about the surest thing you have. And it will get you where you want to go. Go for it and just have realistic expectations. Work hard and struggle through the bad times. In the end you will reach your goals. Best wishes and good luck! -
Good luck and God speed!

Yea man...it sucks. I informed my recruiter that I found a plane ticket cheaper then what they paid for my bus ticket but she didnt care, said it was company policy to bus us there, unless we wanted to fork out the money then we would be reimbursed. But ya...tomorrow at 940 ill be on the way out of Lakeland.Last edited: Jul 24, 2011
