    That is an excellent point! And that my friend should speak volumes about that situation. It should tell you it is one-sided and a no lose situation for the company.

    Yes, but they have recourse; since they still own the truck, they can simply repossess it.
    However, if a driver doesn't complete their "commitment" to the hiring company and/or defaults on their CDL-school loan (something a bad credit report might forewarn), then the company's only recourse is to try to collect on the loan - a risk and ordeal they would probably rather avoid.

    Tried it. Checked out the first seven search pages, then skipped to pages 10 and 15. Almost all about some American musician.
    I wouldn't be surprised if SOMETHING'S in there, though!
