What makes you think he didn't look in his mirrors, first. Second, where is the evidence that SUV was tailgating him? You don't have to be tailgating someone to run into them. Evidence the SUV was not tailgating is the skid marks it left. There was enough time for the SUV driver to see and register a problem and then react to it. These actions were taken. Just not properly. It shows a stronger case for the SUV driver simply not paying attention. Cel phone, anyone?

so turn your truck around, I fail to see why you people always make a big deal out of parking a truck. I eagerly await your response and hope it makes me laugh as loud as this one did.

Ok, let me get this right, I've only been driving a rig a little over 22 years now, so Im still new to this, the swift truck was tailgating a vehicle and a vehicle was tailgating swift?, correct so far?, the head vehicle hit there brakes, and the swift driver does the same and aviods hitting the vehilce, but the vehicle behind swift was not able to aviod a collition?, and how is this the swift drivers fault?

 

Good luck on that. I don't think all those 4 wheelers will allow that much of a gap between vehicles.

 

I'm not better than anyone, I just don't like when drivers bash other drivers because of what trailer they pull, I'm in no way defending Swift, just the driver.
