3406 E ecm turned up

if the motor is in good shape dont worry i had a 2ws e model i should of never sold the boy that bought it is loving it they dynoed it at 696 hp still running strong hauling heavyhaul loads. i would buy it back in a second if he would sell.

 

Does anybody know if the ecm is diff for a 550 then on a 475 or 435, im talking about 99 model 3406 or 00 model c-15. or do they just have diff trim codes?

 

not to rob the thread, but what was done to your 2ws?
got a 2ws in a 99 W900, looking for the best bang for the buck mods, and opinions what worked best

 

pdi stage 1 at 650hp b/w stage1 turbo and pdi manifold. also heavyhaul piston rings from cat i dont remember the part no#

 

I have a cat 3406 with a serial # that starts with 1LW. can Mr.Haney please tell me if this is a Lemon or just a rare #. Havent seen it before that im aware of. Would like to try some things but need to know if its worth my time

 

I have a 1LW too good engine, Mr Haney did a reflash and it's very strong fuel mileage has been better by around 1 mpg with summer fuel and at leats .5 to .7 mpg better in winter.

 

Same ECM. To uprate a 475 Hp engine to a 550 all you need to do is flash the ECM with a 550 file. If you want more, I can flash with different files to get you to much more power
