looking for a payroll that pays p/km not hourly rate??

    I'm trying to find a payroll software suitable in australia that will allow me to pay employee by the kilometres travelled as aposed to an hourly rate. I dont need invoices or things for my tax's as accountant does all this but would still like to keep track of holidays, tax's, super, sick, ytd automatically & all that jazz for employee as now we have to give paper pay records to employee. WHAT DOES EVERYONE USE OUT THERE???? Any help or ideas appreciated :biggrin_255:

    I believe that those who pay that way, work out the rate payable between a-b and then enter it into the software as such..

    Alternatley, you can create an item labeled per Klm set the rate and just enter the klms payable into the amount section and go from there..

    could open excel; and have one tab being the price per km... and the next being the distance... and the one over that, being ##b=pay per km...

    Black Box tracking system through nextG OR GSM using a driver ID swipe card in truck , the system reports back to admin processing data and then run a report
    even a visual look where truck has been through google earth for pay roll the system will tell you how many km and truck idle hrs and stop time , and shut off time
    by using driver id or truck unit number

    Black box you can purchase or lease them at some point in years to come all companies will have to have GPS monitering of there fleet if not the gov will
