I'm just curious. I drove for Roehl and Swift trucks passed us all the time. Our trucks are governed to 61 MPH on cruise control and 63 MPH when you press the throttle. This use to be the other way around until Roehl started putting governors on their trucks.
What are Swift's trucks governed too?

My Volvo maxed out at 62, my Cascadia goes 63.
-
My company Volvo will do 63 as well, with new tires 64 for a month or so. Supposed to be set at 62 cruise or pedal. Owner op trucks are set at 68 I believe.
-
Mine does 61.5
-
I thought they were governed at 45.
airforcetoo and Brother Rubber Thank this. -
Oh what wit.
-
lol! that is funny though. If swift is 45 mine is 40 cause some swiftys blow my paint off.
-
I probably shouldn't admit this, but the truck I have now is set at 65. Which is not a big deal, since if I were to actually run at 65, I'd likely end up fired. I won't have the truck much longer anyway. I passed 500,000 miles a couple days ago.

my truck will blow the doors off any truck out there. (in a school zone.)

No, that's Prime.
