Pablo is the pump on the back of the block and do you need amy special tools to change it?

you need a kit of wrenches and kit of metric sockets to change it. Nothing unreal.
Pump is driven with accesory gear, located on driver's side of engine. Install new pump carefully to get no oil leaks around pump -

Tore into it and found the accessorie drive had a bad bearing that allowed it to kick off just enough to break the drive kog on the pump. This explains how the thing would run and stop, sometimes the pump was spinning and sometimes not. Thanks Pablo and everyone for the help. By the way, the accessorie drive replacement is $900 but both bearings and the seal can be changed for under $100 if you have a press.

HEY PABLO I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE I REPLACED THE CHECK VALVE SINCE I WAS HAVING A HAD START ISSUE WHICH IT WAS FIXED BUT NOW I AM GETTING THE SAME ISSUE WITH, BUT WHERE IS THE pressure limiting valve LOCATED. MAYBE THAT WILL FIX MY mostly when shifting gears when the RPMs go up and down ISSUE THEN I HAVE TO BLEED THE LINE FOR AIR AND IT WORKS FINE IF I DONT BOOST OVER 15 PSI
