Welcome to the forum K108. The Aerodyne has always been my most favorite cabover. It's a legendary truck in my opinion.

Hi there Paul. Thought I would say "good on ya mate!!" My wife is a KIWI. She is from Nelson, and her sister lives in Wellington. Let me know if there is anything I can help you with regarding trucking over here. Robert

thanks, I read the blog about being an owner operator & found it to be quite informational. I have a peculiar situation & am looking for some one to give me some advice. Sigh... here goes.... in dec 2007 got popped on a random drug test for mari-jane, did the sap program, left the trucking company before I completed the testing schedule. three years later after much headaches & phone calls I was happily able to return to trucking under the same testing schedule, problem is after a month & a half of working, I went in to do my required testing & could not provide a urine sample which resulted in a "refusal to test" and was sent home. about a week later I went & saw the MRO on my own, & he stated he could not find anything physiologically wrong with me. however, he did drug test me there in his office, which came back clean, (I knew it would as I have been drug-free since my failed random test), a week later the company I worked for fired me. Initially I was told that their insurance company said I was too much of a liability. I was later told by the operations manager that their consortium told them to fire me. what do I do in my case, I have no idea who to talk to or where to go, or who to plead my case to. I live in northern california in redding and there are no resources for truck drivers in this region. please, I am in dire need of advice, maybe you or someone you know may have the answers I desperately need. I do not know how to post this in an open forum yet for anyone to see, can you help? Thank you & thanks for welcoming me! I hope you have a nice day.

Hello Paul and welcome to the asylum.
There are a few Aussies on the forum, I'm wondering if you are the first kiwi though?!

Some pics of the NZ scenery would be nice, for those of us who will never get round to travelling there : )
