Well I spoke to someone and was told that my application was rejected. I asked why and she said they had better applicants at that time. I don't understand, I have a clean CDL, no criminal background, stable work history. I just don't get it. Luckily I haven't applied for many other places but most places won't take you with no recent tractor trailer experience or being a recent school graduate.

 

Sorry to hear that - I do know they are very picky these days and are flooded with applicants. However I would think they could give you a better explaination.

 

I know this was posted a few years ago but have any of you guys heard anything like this happening since you have been there? Just curious. There has got to be more to this than someone just being let go for no reason at all.

I have been here for a little over a year and havent heard anything like this. I will tell you - if they dont deliver when they do the "road test" with Mike Millis - you will not make it through! Maybe that's what this is referring too?

 

I too have heard none of that though I did read that post before I went to school. And if I remember right dark knight338 had to do another week or two with trainer after testing with mike but he still got a truck.

I can't put any credence to that post.

 

So you do the road test with Mike Millis? When does that part come? After you have been out with your trainer for 8 weeks?

 

I appreciate it guys. Yeah, I figured it was something out of my control as they are going to refund my deposit for the class. I am looking into FFE now, so we will see what happens and I will keep you posted. Good luck to you rubberducky68, from everything I have heard though, Millis is still a company I would love to work for and maybe one day that will happen. Do I understand this right? They make you give them a deposit before you are ever accepted? Say it ain't so
