I am looking into joining the training program (I have my class A CDL but need training) and wanted to hear some new and senior drivers on what they think of the company.

I use to work for them about 3 yrs ago (i started with them). The training isnt great but its easy and quick (it was only 2 weeks to get my license). The instructors in Salt Lake City were pretty cool tho. Listen closely dont lie about anything on your application because send u home quick. They went down on the pay per mile but miles per week were pretty decent for a starter company. Management and dispatchers were kind of crabby but thats how it is at all companies. Central is a good company to get ur license and some experience just keep ur nose clean and out of trouble. Any questions just ask anything u can think of.

Training should be 4 weeks if i'm not mistaken. If u can get along with ur trainer if u can't just tru an tough it out its only 4 weeks. If u can't take ur trainer they'll let u switch. My trainer was a guy named will butler from indiana. Literally one of coolest guys i've ever met and he taught me alot. If ur not into hearing alot of jokes and clowning while still learning alot of important stuff u won't like him. Will Butler is a great dude. I'm not sure if he still trains there though.
