I notice when I go downhill, not very steep grade, if I push in the clutch all the way, it does not give the truck any rpm thus not giving the truck any fuel, so can I save fuel by doing it if it is a long downhill, steady grade not very steep and I go on a steady speed?

All it'll do is wear out your throwout bearing. Most people don't realize it, but RPM does not directly mean fuel used. Most engines with the TPS reading 0% and RPM's over a certain point will actually stop injecting fuel, then ease back in as the RPM's drop closer to idle.

Aside from being dangerous it doesn't save fuel. When going downhill in gear with no throttle, the engine isn't using any fuel, the engine is only turning because of the drivetrain. If you disconnect the engine, it goes to idle and starts using fuel.

Never push the clutch to the floor while moving. You really ought to be more concerned about learning to drive than saving fuel.

Screw saving fuel on a downgrade. Protect others, Yourself and leave it in gear.
Use the brakes / jake Hell, some times even use the fuel peddle for powering out of decent to a upgrade.

Push in the clutch to go or slow ( change gears ). Never ever just push in the clutch for fuel savings. Drive the truck as the enviroment calls for

Using the clutch as neutral brings on the many problems. No jakes, gain road speed, then the gear isn't enough for road speed tach out the motor.
can possibly burn up the brakes, trying to find a gear wasted seconds

a whole set of problems can and indeed occur.

I'm gonna call troll on this one. I'd like to believe nobody can be as stupid as to do something like this and be able to get a CDL. I may not really believe it, but I'd like to.
