Its an herb you can get in GNC, but its hard to wake up the next morning sometimes.

Pot and coke are the main tested things with common drugs. I don't think they check for tranquilizers and barbituates for truck drivers anyway. Its a legal herb though.

That's all I know. But if someone tried to bust me for using legal herbs in a safe manner, I'd try to sue them if possible (which it rarely is). Herbs are safe because they 'cleanse' your system (where as drugs contaminate your system). Valiums have other chemicals in them that are traceable I would 'assume'. Most herbs are not traceable.

But the back of the bottle warns against use of heavy equipment while using them(, or afterwards). I've taken plenty of pee tests and has not showed up 'yet'.

At least the herbal alternative is better for your body. You really don't know what rat poison is in ANY drugs: they are for profit only. Herbs have been around before Biblical times. Its just you did not have availabiliity to all herbs then like you do now. Try one at night. I'm pretty big, about 240 lb, so two may be strong for most. About one and a half would seem right for me, but hard to break a capsule up like a tablet.

I would not tell them you are using a legal herb. Let them figure it out, because they won't. Most problems on this board are getting caught with pot or coke, OR TELLING THEM THEY DID THIS OR THAT. That's all a medical person needs to hear 'to prove their worth' which is very limited.

almost anything is traceable if they are looking for it whether it is a natural herb or pharmaceutical...

i.e....marijuana is a natural herb...and they can trace it if you use it....

i would check with a professional before using anything...if something happens and you've got stuff in your blood, legal or not, natural or not....there's probably going to be trouble....

    but i'm a newbie....what do i know...lol...

I spoke with the company and my doctor and it dosen't seem it be a problem. I'll be trying the Melatonin at first. Doctor said Xanax is detectable in blood about 7 to 10 days after you take it. I staitlaced other then my prescription. But I do rememeber the good old days, kinda of makes you wish you were a multi millionaire and didn't have to worry what other people think. You know like Lindsay Lohan or Britnee Spears :biggrin_255:

I take 1/2 of 0.5 mg of clonazepam due to being on thyroid meds. I think the problem was mentioning any type of panic disorder to them. My doc told me to have them call him if there were ever any questions. I've taken the stuff for years. Never had any trouble with a random UA either. It's the same class of drug.

Pot is a medicidal herb with billions of dollare researched in detecting it, so yes it can be detected months from use. Most herbs cleanse some organ, blood, etc... But yes, if they put billions of dollars research like with pot or coke, they can detect it easily. But different things take different tests. If more than 4 things checked for simultaneously, very diluted results will requre expensive spectrum analysis per each thing checked. So that boils down to pot, coke, #3, and #4. Alcohol is almost NEVER checked for some reason, unless specifically checked for like road blocks. So for truck drivers, a speedy substance like crystal meth and some other type of speed would likely be #3 and #4.

But if you are right, legal, and honest; don't screw yourself based on scare tactics from a web-site poster (who might be a desperate driver with a bad record or a doctor-paid chinese spammer). You don't have to tell a pill-pusher anything, because they wouldn't know anything without the detection industry. And they really don't have a clue what the results mean. Doctors are not proactive healers and go by statistics only: but they don't know statistics! So in my opinion, they do not know a whole lot except how to scavange off of peoples trust and fears. But please do what you feel is right. I am just assimilating what 100's of posters have posted here and elsewhere.
