Sorry, I tend to disagree with that coment. I feel it is just as bad as alcohol when it comes to addiction to the substance. It may all be in the mind but I feel alcohol addiction is a mind thing also.

I was a very heavy smoker of this stuff back in my younger years just as I was a heavy drinker. I was able to drop both equally as easy.

My brother just dropped alcohol also. He was in a bad way, he could not go a night without drinking just so he could sleep.

All it took was a court order and boom he was done drinking and a much better person these days. He went from a hateful SOB to a real human again.

I agree its more of a mental thing. It was times when i said i was done but the next day would get a package and as I am sitting there getting high thinking WHY am I doing this? I aint getting no higher then the last time i smoked or the first time I ever smoked..:biggrin_2552:..sitting there pissed cause i just blew $5 bucks again! If you got important people in your life and you know your letting them down trust me its worth not getting high PLUS YOU SAVE MONEY!

First of all, how long THC stays in your system is completely dependant on bodyfat.. Bodyfat is where the THC stores itself. On average, if your not a heavy weight fatty, you will be fine in 30 days. The more fat you have the longer you need to go. From my research, I believe even a 600lb person could pass after 2 months but maybe not..

As far as DOT or the local police office testing you...they can test whenever they feel just cause. What you gonna do if you fail, sue them for falsely testing you..? I don't think that will work out so well.

Mary Jane doesn't really have any addictive qualities but the "high" itself is addicting to a degree and just the fact that there is absolutely nothing dangerouse about it, with the exception of getting too fat or making a mistake while on it. I learned many years ago that I did not like running heavy machinery while "high" so, I just quit smoking while working,,easy as pie. It is a mind set, not like alcohol.

My whole family is a bunch of alcoholics so I know all about it. Now that being said, I am not saying an alcoholic has a harder time quiting than someone trying to quit smoking weed. What I am saying is; over all, quiting a alcohol addiction is harder than quiting weed.

Exactly, alcohol and nicotine are like heroin or other drugs that the body develops a physical addition to,weed simply does not and you will not have any physical pain involved in quitting unlike these other drugs including alcohol.
Now as far as wanting the high, well that's all a mental thing, you can be addicted to chewing your fingernails too.
Some may need help to overcome it but most can simply just say enough is enough as I did and just stop.

Bottom line is, "Have an accident", your driving a truck so it must be your fault. The other persons insurance carrier will go after you. You will be tested, post accident, at the request of their insurance.
Pop a positive, goodbye CDL, goodbye job, hello losing everything you own. Also your employer(farmer) will probably lose the farm, since he has probably got minimum coverage insurance.
Kill someone and you get a nice 6 X 8 apartment with a fancy orange jumpsuit to wear for the next 10 yrs to life.

I always assumed the police just took you to hospital for drug testing after an accident didnt know it wouldn't be until the other partys insurance requested it... Oh well, not worth the risk at all! This guy is on his way to a drug-free alcohol-free life! Let the big wheels roll!

I really feel that most are just ignorant to all there is to know about Weed except how it feels to smoke it...LOL So, lets educate instead of putting them down. If someone really knows what they are doing, is educated and thinks they can beat the system,,it is only a matter of time.

My sisters husband is 55 and smokes pot 24/7. All he does is lay around the house and doesn't do anything but get high. He's dumber than a bunch of rocks too. :)

You can ask him a question and he just stares at you for like 30 seconds to a minute before he answers you.

I'm not sure if it's the pot or he's just crazy, lol.
