I-64 WB in Western VA - MM 1- Semi On Top Of Car

Hi All, Does Anyone have any Information in regards to the Accident in I-64 Westbound near Mile Marker 1 in VA on 08/18/2011?

I was east bound in a tanker as I came around a bend (Right after a a Down Hill Grade) - Early am - I'd say around 8am maybe, on my way to Covington,VA. Anyway, It looked like it had just happened as folks were rushing from both sides of the interstate to see if they could help.

What I saw was what looked like a Grey or Silver Passenger Car underneath the front part of the cab of a Flat bed over on the shoulder. It was carying what looked like 2 Tan Military Hum-vees with Turrets and something else. Anyway, from what I could see in the short time was It would be very hard to believe if anyone in the car survived as it lookes as though the Truck just drove over the top of the car (T-boned) & the car was between the front Steers & the Drives.

I've tried looking into every possible media outlets trying to gather any info & for waht ever reason, it's not out there.

Any help in locating anyy & all info about this would be helpful.
