Moderately deceptive thread title, don't cha think?

Swift was involved, yes, however, reading the article it was in no way their fault.

That's what it looked like to me judging by the pictures and the article. The swift truck was just one of the three vehicles that just so happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Here is a Extremely deceptive thread title concerning Swift.

    http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...n-about-everything/143794-what-not-to-do.html

It's a Swift truck pulled over by DOT at a truck stop. Unfortunately you have to read 2 pages to find out that the first line was BS and the second line in the thread was really the subject. Complete with long distant pics too.

If by "what-not-to-do" he means simply to not get pulled over, well then Captain Hindsight strikes again.

BrokenSpoke, that was a really s****y thing you did, posting this story with that title.

That Swifty was an innocent victim and is now fighting for his life because of the mistake or recklessness of a driver FROM A SMALLER COMPANY!! Go figure!

And you want to capitalize on it because the wagon of the INNOCENT driver says "Swift" on it. What a piece of ....work!

As said to a different member....

For anyone else WHO HAS A HEART, yes, Eloy (Casa Grande) is the terminal our own TexasNana was working from. She was hauling refrigerated grocery out of that same terminal on that same road. I will be calling her tomorrow to see whether she is okay.

However, last time I talked to her, she and Grandad were no longer working from that terminal. I pray the Grandmothers she was on the other end of the country.

And I pray the driver of that Swift makes a full recovery. Pretty good driving to keep it upright in a situation like that, don'cha think?

I agree with everything Injun said above.

Too many folks seem to enjoy taking pot-shots at Swift. I try to be as safe as humanly possible out there. I would like to think I'm "normal" and the way I drive is more common than not.

Millington Academy did a good job training me to be safe out there. I think most Swiftys are too!
