I have heard that the dms are going to a 5 day work week. anyone else heard this? As for the new fuel plan, if the first one isnt broke, why fix it? Wasnt Randy K a fuel man at another company?

yeah I hear what you're saying. Now from what I wsa told, trainers still have priority dispatch, I have no way to prove or disprove this, just can only go on what I'm told. Agreed .02 cpm doesn't seem like enough to do it. Now don't get wrong I haven't been a trainer strictly for the monet to me that's what it's not supposed to be about. But it would be nice to make it wortth your while to have to be in the trk with someone you don't know at all. However, it seems that if I'm to get hired at this point it's the only way I can get on
Anyway thanks for responding to my posts kinda makes me feel someone is reading them :biggrin_25514:

They were actually starting to put APU's on their trucks when I was with them. My truck did not have an APU on it. If I wanted to stay warm or cool I had to idle, and at the time idling was not a big issue.

Policy is 14 days out, 2 days off and with you living in North Texas you would get by your house even more often!

We are still priority dispatch........I would not do it for.02 cpm .....I'm on the old pay plan....2500 miles a week is fleet average......trainers is 3200........I have over 4000 a week lately.......if that works for you go for it
