Cops stop the drivers for an 'offence', maybe speeding, bad parking, whatever they choose. Sometimes its real, sometimes not. Driver just has to hand over the keys and walk away. Strange though, it only tends to be the classy cars, I've never heard of them doing it to a trabby!
