That's the oldest complaint of them all.
I'm proud to report during normal op hours, I rarely wait long for a reload. Most days I'm getting them within 30 min of an empty call. -
i agree it hasn't been that bad but it would be nice to be trip planning while at the 90. or like last night we bedded down in ontario got a load 3 hours later to salinas. If we would have known we could have just headed that way. no biggie though

More single rooms at Campus Inn!

I was going to respond earlier, but I've been on hold waiting for my "live load" call to go through.
U2Exit Thanks this. -
Amen brother.
f I get the hangup... One on the line and one waiting then click...
I roll, that's what a speaker phone or headset is good for.
If D is working, I get message from him.. He knows, It always starts with "LL must be backed up, call me if you want."
I don't have the heart to tell him I was on hold with him too.
Sometimes I don't have the time to wait, clock counting down, etc. I'm not a moron, he knows it too. I cover all my bases when it comes to discrepancies between load info and what's on the bills. I won't take off without calling unless I'm absolutely sure everything is good.
Met a guy who froze a whole load of "fresh meat" because he went by the QC and not what was on the bills. If it was me I'd confirm the temp with the shipper...
Lot of guys don't read the fine print on beer loads... It maybe dry, with no temp, but it does say prevent from freezing... Granted, there is ALOT of insulation from the outside temps, but someplaces gett really freaking cold in winter.
I've had fruit punch loads that are the same way (koolaide type drinks that don't need refrigeration) -
We wouldn't be doing live loaded calls if those morons a few years back would have just READ their bills in the first place. I think the last straw was the guy in Kali who took off with a load bound for Oregon... they finally got him to pay attention when he was gettin' ready to blow on out of Texas.
Freakin' moron.phillip65942 Thanks this. -
I hear that from a lot of my students but not going to happen cause the can save money with free labor.... They did have it up to 250 but not for long.
-
Well, I have to be satisfied with $200 cause other training companies dont offer anything...they tell u to bring money with u for food for 2-3 weeks! Prime does take care of their students well so Im happy. Just ready to pass test and get to TNT!
