Was good to see you today Mr. Gilley. Sorry I didn't get to BS with you though. Things were a bit dis-com-bob-ulated today. Please stop in next time and I'll definitely make time to talk.

Wats up guys, just thought id give ya a update. Been kinda of a frustrating week for me. Came off hometime Tuesday and got a load that afternoon goin from cville to atl. Picked up at Del Monte in ATL and took that to Family Dollar in Charlotte. From there picked up at Blue Ridge Recycling in Charlotte and took that to Shaw in Chickamauga, GA. From there picked up at Budweiser and took it to Columbus, Miss. From Columbus picked up in Pontotac, MS at American Furniture. Was told to drop that in Streator. Got there yesterday afternoon and was told no load available. Then got a Menards DC load that I'm picking up today that's goin to Warsaw, IND. Got here at 2pm and was just told it won't be ready till 8 or 9pm. Not many miles this week, I did what seems like a lot of regional stuff. Hopefully just a hangover of the holiday. Yall b safe

I understand how you feel but be glad to get those short runs...I sat from Friday night to mid-morning Tuesday waiting for a load...did all that in Courtland, AL....was a total waste of a weekend... Them holidays kill me when it comes to miles... Totally throws a monkey wrench into the equation!!!

Wats up everybody, just thought I'd give a weekly recap. Last Sunday got a load out of Streator goin up to Menards in Plano, and the to there store in Warsaw, Ind. Get to Menards DC at 2pm and am told my load won't be ready till 8 or 9 pm. Well fast forward to the next morning and I'm finally rolling out of Plano. I get to customer in Warsaw and back in there dock, and thought I'd do a quick lookaround of the truck. Well, get to my right front drive tire and its completely flat. WTF man. I didn't even notice it driving different so I had to pick it up not along ago because it was fine when I left Plano. Well I call premier care and they get me to a shop. So from there get a load out of Trenton heading to Roanoke,Va for a am delivery Tuesday. Told dispatch it was goin to be real close on making it due to my hours. Get to Trenton with like 20 minutes to spare on my clock. Get up in the am and get under it and lord behold one of the glad hand brackets was cracked and kept dumping out all my air. Got the shop to fix it and by this time was no way possible to make appt. Asked if I could drop it in Eden but was told I couldn't but no biggie. Deliver that Wednesday mornin and go pick up in Roanoke, VA to a load heading to Cherokee , Alabama. Get to Cherokee and get a load picking up at American Furniture in Mississippi going to Bridgeview, IL (Chicago area). There was no directions for customer in Bridgeview but I just turned some in so next time there should be. Anyways, out of Bridgeview get preplanned to go to pick up in Burlington, Wi and take it to West Allis yard and pick up my Ft. Worth, TX monday load. Well got all that done and am currently sitting in Ritcfield. I know this was long but just thought i'd recap my week. Also was wondering Baritone, Bear, Sully, Whitey or anybody else that might know if were allowed to run 44 toll road thru Oklahoma. Thanks guys, everybody be safe

Yes you can run I-44 toll, that's the way most goes. Get off at the Big Cabin exit and head south on US69. You will need cash, they don't take PrePass. It will cost you $16.50 when you pay at the first toll booth, then you will get $8.00 back when you exit at Big Cabin. Big truck stop there at Big Cabin which is also authorized fuel stop.

Well guys pretty uneventful day. Drove from Ritcfield to the TA in Strafford, MO . Off to Oklahoma and Texas tommorow. For some reason I think that tire that went flat on me the other day is losing air again. Maybe this is due to the fact they just plugged it instead of giving me a new freakin tire. But oh well, Preciate your help Bear about the toll road. I knew one of you guys would know. Everybody be safe

Glad it didnt blow while rolling. Just a suggestion - I have a 50 foot air line that connects to the glad hands for just that reason. I can air up my own tires if needed. I think I paid $20.00 and it's more than paid for it self already.

    Be safe!

Well guys let's start off where we left off. Woke up Sunday mornin and yes my worst fears had come true. My drive tire that was "repaired" was completely flat. So did the premier care deal and got a new tire. Finally got rolling and ran 44 into Oklahoma and then got on US 69 there in Big Cabin via Bears advice. Nice lil ride, and really nice out there. As soon as I crossed into Texas I ran into bad weather. Went thru 2 storms with pretty bad hail and then it stopped for a while. Stopped in Anna, TX and literally as soon as I parked golf ball size hail started fallin and winds picked up to 60 mph.. Thank God I was already done . Got up in the am and delivered my load to Fort Worth, and got a load out of there heading to Albany. Couldn't go far bc I only had 3 hours left on my 70 Monday. So stopped at the TA in Terrier, TX last nite. Today drove from Terrell to Meridian, Miss pretty uneventful. All yall be safe

Sux about the tire. At least you weren't driving when it went flat. Don't forget to write your toll on your trip kit for reimbursement. I've been through golf ball size hail before. Never seen em so big before in my life. It's not fun.
