    Sounds like a union driving job, a dirty word in the sunshine state. :biggrin_25525:
    Let me explain employment with common carriers promises at hire in;

    1. Guaranteed promises of NO TOUCH freight LTL as well (always a lie)
    2. Guaranteed 3000 miles per week (never)
    3. Guaranteed home time (If TA is home)

    everybody knows they are governed by the FCRA act.

    You need to be able to show documentation where you have already discovered a bad report and was in the process of trying to correct it between 2/2/08 - 9/30/10.

    The 20 grand is a crude estimate that was speculated by the class attorneys who's best interest to make a larger share @ 33 1/3 %, the current class attorneys can't represent a class member that wants to file a direct claim of the 1.9 mil.

    At that time around the turn of the year 2008 when USIS changed their name to HireRight, many people was looking for driving jobs, if your like me I got my phone records and looked at my cal durations and that's how I pinpointed the trucking co's I filed out a prehire packet then I called the safety department and asked who they used to do my background check and if it was USIS or HireRight just get the trucking co. to email you with that information "that is one count".

    The class attorneys knows truck drivers will just most likely DO NOTHING they are counting on it so they will get more, understand the 1.9 Mil. is for the class, the class attorneys fees and cost will be paid separate possibly .

    If you can submit about 5 - 10 violations at the fairness hearing I can say with confidence you could gross 100 grand maybe more.

    They now have an easier online form to request your free copy and/or file a dispute. You can go to this page here.

    What if the attempt at correcting the information was done solely through "hirerights" website-How would I "prove" that sort of documentation?

    Okay Condocruiser,,,you know I am a little thick skulled... Is this a way to dispute a report on your DAC? Are they saying they will investigate it and take it off if I can prove it don't belong on there in the first place????

    Thanks brother for helping me out....LOL

    Did you get email correspondence from HireRight in the matter ?, like me they totally blew me off and I filed like an attorney would.

    Basically you need emails/documents that are 1. directed @ HireRight, 2. They have to show to required timeline of 2/2/08 - 9/30/10.
