I was on a dedicated run from Laredo, TX - Chattanooga, TN going to this Ryder. It was a team run and my codriver just quit this past week so I no longer go there. Ryder is fast once you learn who to talk too. That dispatch office at Ryder always has multiple people working but they tend to ignore you.

It got to in the past week when I walked in, Jessica who set in the very back looked up and said "I got you covered". Alot of times you are still forced to go across the road and park and wait for a dock door phone call.

Anyways just wanted to say I have had alot of experience there. They are just unorganized is the biggest problem. Hopefully in time it improves.
