Im an official Prime employee now! Picked up my CDL and new ID card today. Going to get passport tomorrow and then just waiting on trainer to get in to the yard this weekend. Had a chance to meet OpenRoadDreamer today! Great guy and cool to hang out with. I would like an opportunity to meet some of the others who are in and out of the yard this week (Sazook, KingsSon, U2Exit). U all have been really helpful with making the decision to come to Prime and havalways been great about answering questions. Would at least like to say hi.

 

U2, Sazook, and co... it appears we are all gonna be at the yard Friday morning. Maybe we can all hook up somewhere. My truck will be over at FL so I am not sure how long I will be there, but my appt is 8am.

 

AND I have had an adventurous day. Dropped in at terminal to get tire looked at on the trailer. They replaced it and three others. Got as far as Bentonville, AR and the tread stripped right off a tire. Guess which one? The one they replaced the other tire with that I originally went in for. NOW I am having to be as creative as possible with EOBR to make delivery on time in the morning.

 

Wilmington IL dropped tyson load early this afternoon then was sent to US cold storage in Wilmington

Nice place got there at 1910 and was out by 2025 (live load) good place they open trailer door from inside d building and also had snacks & drinks inside for drivers the yard was full of prime trailers

Now on our way to Bethlehem pa for a d&h tomorrow afternoon

 

Bout to get off my couch and go to Maine with ORD and then work our way back here to Springfield for his upgrade next week..
