Crete carrier allowed my passenger daughter with me, but then forced us
to not idle in 97 degree heat, She had a rare disease that was effected and was crippled by her reaction to the heat. This inhumane company then forced me to quit.. I filed unemployment and Nebraska refused me based on lies from them. They discriminate against the disabled. Hurt people, ran off
the higher paid drivers and lie... Any one wants to work for them is not wise.

If your daughter has a "rare disease that was effected and was crippled by her reaction to the heat" as you claim, why would you have her on the truck in the first place?
What if the A/C went out, what would you do then?
Again, if referring to your daughter's condition, was that a wise thing to do, to put her on the truck?
Not to defend Crete, but how about some personal responsibility here?zentrucking, Guitar Man, Ops85 and 9 others Thank this. -
I hope your daughter is OK, but as her father you made a crappy decision, you should have idled the truck anyway.
tdcanterbury67 and THBatMan8 Thank this. -
Once again, someone joins the forum, immediately makes one negative post and dissapears.
-
Well, he did idle, that why he got fired.
-
Where exactly did you get this info? In his post he said he quit, not fired (thus the reason I'm guessing he got denied for unemployment). And no where in is short rant does it say he idled.
-
wow atleast let em wake up first lol.it's only been a few hours...

"She had a rare disease that was effected and was crippled by her reaction to the heat"
No I don't think so, or heat wouldn't have been a problem. -
I would NEVER! and I mean NEVER! let someone tell me to sit/sleep in the heat or cold and not be comfortable. You need to find another company just for that alone. Never mind the non-caring s.o.b they are..
Ops85, RizenPhoenix and bigdogpile Thank this. -
How is it that they forced you to not idle ? Are you also forced to drive when your tired because you cant stop your 14 hour clock???
