    I've been with them for a little over a month. Overall they are pretty decent. I'm not too happy with my FM, but I think she's new at it. I will be getting another one shortly as I'm going to become a trainer and I would prefer having an FM experienced with that. I'm going to hate giving up this little Pete though.

    Also, I seem to get a lot of loads that are already late for p/u. Not sure what is going on there.

    I came here from a team company and am not used to all this sitting around. I'm more of a go go GO type of driver.
