Well.... Been awhile... But I finished my training with the infamous foxfire yesterday. Took my roadtest today and passed and at this very moment I'm sitting in my very own truck! Wonderful feeling, can't wait to really get started. Soo excited. I wana thank fox again for stepping in and helping out back there, much appreciated man.

I was "lied" to by the recruiter, NO surprise there lol, however I'll take those types of "lies" all day long....

I was told by the recruiter that I was going to be hired for NE Regional but when I got to orientation, they informed me that there is no such thing here at J.B.S.

OTR, WESTERN REGIONAL AND MID-WEST REGIONAL (With Eastern being Secondary) So that was VERY fine with me....

I have NO interest running the North East, Hell, I have NO interest living in the NE but that's unfortunately where I was born....

They get me home then get me back out here to run for a couple weeks then send me home....Kind of a great gig if you ask me... Seems like I get brokered freight to get me home though...It's OK, I have had to deal with much much worse in my time so if Brokered freight is as bad as it gets around here from time to time then no wonder I think they're the greatest company on earth LOL!!!!

OK, that last statement was a little exaggerated but you get my point and I know J.B.S. is superior to many in many ways...IMHO

Just wanted to throw this out there incase anyone was interested.....I have a "memoirs" with J.B.S. I started before I even knew I was coming here and I just ADDED A NEW CHAPTER..... I know Hazmat has read it LOL!!! Seriously though Hazmat, thanks cause I really didn't think anyone really read it...

THANKS everyone, Icherish every minute he is home and just for those that encouraged me to stay postive, I never say anything negative to him while he is gone. To many things can happen, to many idiots out there. But I guess the qcom is fixed and as of last night he was on his way to Al so at least that is closer.LOL Thanks again and everyone have a safe day.

 

Well I deliver at 11pm tonight, so they sent me a preplan that picks up TOMORROW night and delivers in Little Rock Friday morning!

I am going on hometime this weekend so I refused! Not gonna give up my hometime for a bunch of sittin with no miles!

 

Haha Let me Guess they wanted you to go pick up that US express load in tunnel hill, GA and high tell it to lil rock for the morning. LOL Load pick up at 20:00 and it won't be ready much earlier then that. Been there done that.
