With as many trucks as Stevens has there is no way of knowing who that driver might be. Drivers do not have the load and dispatch information for other drivers. For security reasons this information is not available. You may get real lucky if it is one of the drivers on this board.

I got a copy of my DAC just so I could see what Stevens put on there. I was pleasantly surprised that they went so easy on me. They posted two non DOT reportable, preventable "incidents", a scraping of another company's trailer while backing during training, and getting my tandems stuck in a ditch. They also listed me as "Re-hirable upon review". They have actually sent me letters and postcards asking me to come back. Nothing on there about breaking my contract or getting the school tuition discharged on my bankruptcy.

Any company that has been named as part of a bankruptsy and says anything about it negatively to anyone would be in serious trouble with the judge. A BIG no no.

Yes, but it took a stern letter from my lawyer to their collection agency to get them to back off. They kept insisting that I "couldn't fie bankruptcy on it as it was a student loan". They should have made that argument at the creditor hearing. Too late after it has been discharged.

Made my delivery last night to McLean in Tacoma. What a work!
Nine trucks in the docks. Some full, some like me with just a pallet or two.
All of us in at 2100...all of us get our paperwork at 0100.
    Amazing!
In Pasco tonight. Pick up a load from Americold and trade it in Boise for a load that delivers in Ontario monday morning. The other driver is happy as can be. He's in Snowville tonight and was destined to spend four days sitting around waiting to deliver. Instead he trades a 50 mile load for a 1900 mile load.
So I have to run this one in on monday, but otherwise, I'll be home.
    Who Hooo!

    Dear Willies Trucking,
Just a word of caution, do all the necessary class room work and work on the hill before you get all excited about driving the trucks. This is a serious profession, and as I have discovered a serious company. I thought about quitting after spending 59 days in OR-1 due to no fault of my on. But after getting some much needed hometime I realize now why I went there in the first place. I needed a job! I started with 48 classmates and only 17 graduated, and of that number I don't know how many finished OR-1 or is still in the program. So keep the truck between the white lines straight and true and let God guide you in all you do. Don't lie about anything during your interviews, check you medicines for thosee that are allowed or notallowed and get your blood pressure checked. If your BP is not within DOT specks get to your doctor before you come to class. Med hold can put the kybosh on learning to drive on the hilll and also on going to TX DMV to take your test to get you permits. I wish you well in school.

Made it as far as the tiger stop in Louisiana to repower a late load going to Florida. Thank gawd that we had time till our pickup today for me to resetmy hours. I didn't need a reset but I was freaking exhausted! Will be doing the 19/8 hr shuffle on our 2800mi load back to California. I can't wait to go solo just so I can get some sleep!
