    I know this a bit off topic but, KH, if you would, may you tell us how Herndon as a company is to drive for. I'm getting ready to purchase a rig and was thinking of leasing onto either Herndon, Sunco, or Jasko out of Leesburg, Fla. Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'd lease onto Sunco or Herndon. I have not heard any negative things about Herndon. Even MCT might do you well being your close to their Sanford yard. Your profile indicates 0-1yr experience and Sunco requires 1yr. Landstar does as well. I drive locally and hardly see any drivers from these companies with the exception of Landstar. Best thing is shop around for a carrier that meets your needs. Good luck if you purchase a rig.

    I just saw the posting about Jasko. Let's put it this way, I hope "Jazz" enjoyed the visit from the IRS. He put the screws to two of us, and well... he found out that it's not a good idea. Stay away from this guy. His wife will tell the heroic story of his arrival to this country, which sounds wonderful. Then there's the payroll issue in your second week that gets corrected the third. Then there's the cash advances that you don't recall and he can't find a receipt for...
