I would be curious to know how many of you ever actually plan on leasing a truck and how many of you are here just piling on and bashing Lone Mountain because you have nothing better to do ??
Like I said before if Lone Mountain bothers you people that much find a different program there are plenty of mega fleet bottom feeders out there willing to lease you a worn out fleet dog go get ya one..

exactly my point, it sounds to me like Lone Mountain is a stand up outfit.
Like I said before,Its up to the buyer to do their due diligence when buying a Rig. Lots of the issues that buyers have been having are Volvo issues.
When im ready to buy another truck I will most likely give them a shot.groundpounder Thanks this. -
We have a truck thru Lone Mountain and have been very happy with the service.
They have always been quick to help us out. The truck itself has been very reliable in the oilfields.BigJohn54 Thanks this. -
What kind of truck did you buy from them?? Also have had any major problems with the truck?

What about bottom feeding companies that put trackers/gps in the tractor and when they are late with a payment and i am all sure we have been late one time or another do you think this is a fair pratice or a fair shake for the o/o to loose his rig because of the economy or family problems breakdowns family problem etc next time i will show you how to find the tracker gps in your financed tractor and what companies are using them

Many of the buy here pay here car lots use those. It may not sound fair, but it is their money on the line. They often do it because those who finance with them have poor credit and very limited resources. If the borrower cannot pay then they need to be able to find their property. It would be good if they would be willing to work with individuals who get into financial trouble, but they are by no means obligated to do it. That is a good reason for those wanting to get into a truck to have money set aside to run on and to be able to pay the bills, including the truck payment, before signing on the dotted line. This is a risk for lenders. They will protect their interests.
BigJohn54 Thanks this. -
