Have you checked the rubber grommet?
-
Need more info, but if your trailer air supply is closed (Usually red button out) and you apply service brakes to the tractor (With park brake released) and air escapes through the service line then the tractor protection valve is a good bet.

My yellow button gave way right there in the cab. Yea, that will make you come off the seat. The bad part of that situation was the red one gave out 40 miles down the road after that. Two service calls in one morning was expensive and a pain in my arse.
If your rubber seals are good, don't wait for it to really go bad. Get it checked out ASAP. -
Its not my glad hand rubber grammet thanks anyways.
But with the truck stopped and trailer disconnected from tractor.
And i step on the brake pedal air excapes out the service glad hand wich is in back of the truck on the frame. Causing air loss. Wher is the location to the Tractor Protection Valve?
Thanks guys i really appreciate all of the help.

Depends on the truck, but just follow the air lines back. The airlines usually (But not always) connect directly to the T/P valve.

FL70 Trailer valve may be in rear end of truck if it is truck + draw bar trailer and under cabin on left if it is fifth wheel trucktor, like on Century class ore Columbia.
