The cab on my W9 wasn't the same as a t660. I don't know about the new ones. I had an 02. The t660's were a lot more spaceship like inside.

Working as a company driver you don't get much choice in your equiptment. But as far as the modern aero's go I'd take a T660.

Yeah the t660 isn't a bad truck. Its a lot more manuevarable then the W9. The turning radius on the W9 was the only bad thing about the whole truck. No U-turns in that truck that's for sure!

Oh how I'd love to have a W9.. By the time I'd be in a position to acquire my own truck they'll be 18 wheel spaceships. :Rocket: and we won't even talk about the W9...

its a terrible thing. I run the western eleven in my beloved old 359exhd pulling a flatbed and i'm sure my days are numbered. its the walmarting of trucking. no style, no difference, no personality, no money.

That's my absolute favorite truck! A white studio W9! What a gorgeous piece of machinery!

Actually they are the same cab. If you look at a w9 and a t600 or T800 of the same year you will see that they are exactly the same besides some little trim pieces. Comparing an 02 w900 to a T660 is comparing apples to oranges because the 660 will have the new style dash and the 02 would have the dash just after the easy reach (which was the very best dash KW ever had).

Ah I see ramboism lives. Typical instead of disputing one statement, or answering a single question you would rather play playground games.

To answer you question, no that is a company truck. An old obsolete one in fact. I have far better things to do with my time than operate a trucking business.I let someone else provide my truck and incur the headache of owning it.

All those hoods will be gone like I said when market share falls beyond the reasonable investment to engineering and development. You may not like the fact that people do not like your type of truck. And much the way of the muscle car, the cob over, and even obsolete makes like Marmon, White they will no longer be available. I have no idea what the uber truckers will do then to prove they are a real boy. Probably going to involve tassels.

Correct. However if they only sell 500 (yeah yeah low now) of the W900 model would it pay to continue engineering the molds, struts, supports for the hood?
