If he lost a safety bonus, then that's HIS problem. If he signed something without getting a copy he can request one and they can't deny him by law. Doing so would void the payback agreement. A lawyer can fix this real fast. If they knocked him all the way down to student pay for 30,000 miles, THEN he's really getting ripped off. Again, a lawyer can fix this fast.

Yeah right. for a $ 100.00 red light scamera ticket i would have just laid the hunge on the table, gotten a paper reciept & been out the door. Any time the word "finance" comes out for any # less than a few grand the rip off alert should go off. this kinda scammming makes my eyes rain.

The whole thing sounds like BS to me. Must have been more than just the tail in the intersection. I've never gotten a camera red light ticket and I've missed a few of them. Most notably is a steep downhill going to one of my stores that has pressure pads on the side street. As soon as a car lands on the pad, the light turns yellow and only stays yellow for two seconds. That is not enough time to stop a fully loaded truck. I've tried. You can't see the approaching car until ten feet before they land on the pad.

I have floated through that yellow, it turns red before I clear the intersection and have not gotten a ticket.

On another notorious one, I was in the middle of a right hand turn when the light changed. I saw the flash from the camera, but never heard a peep about it.

Those cameras take your picture from the front. My mom got an erroneous one and they sent her the photo. She sent them back a photo of her car and a copy of a receipt she had proving she was on the coast over 100 miles away when that pic was shot. It was a pic from the front. The car didn't look anything like her little minivan. They dropped the ticket.

Everytime u reply, how he got presented this contract changes.. Can't have much to do with you or someone too close... Life goes on, I got charged a bus and tow ticket on a truck not mine and signed nothing, cry ####### river, think I have a better shot then him, but is it worth the amount paid, then what one would have to spend to get, what said payment back
Either way ####### retarded, I feel dumber for having read it
