    It's important to remember when it comes to tax time that this isn't really a "reimbursement". It's additional revenue that is reported to the IRS on your 1099 form.

    correct it would be income as in a 1099 situation all money in is income

    Do company drivers have to show Lumper advances as income also or is this only for Lease drivers?

    If I recall correctly it's a straight reimbursement for a company expense. U2? Sazook?

    That is how it appears on his settlements. They deduct the cost of the lumper and then reimburse it so to me that would mean it is a wash.

    on a pl it is a wash for the lo as well. it is income with a correlated expense.

    Well my little poem must have worked FM got us to texas to be closer to freight. We had to wait a day but he has us going dallas to newark and then preplanned back. Should make a good week.

    Not to be political but was thinking rick perry needs to drive his texas roads more. dang they are rough through dallas. Still think OK is worse though

    Oklahoma defiantly has won my award for worst roads in the US. They just don't care of things there. :biggrin_25513:

    They are under constant construction. It's the ice storms that are really the problem. They tear the crap out of the roads.

    At least you don't have to drive on them every day.
