your right on my heels...blew through there last night on my way from Ft. Smith.
Friday was a personal best for me as far as miles since EOBR, 669 with a drop and a load along the way.

We are in a 12 with a little over 25k miles on the dash. His fuel mileage stats around 7.
-
Getting good fuel mileage is not doing one thing but a combination of a lot of things. How you take off, how you stop, what route you take, how you load, tarp. I'll always try to stop at places that when I leave I'm heading downhill or flat ground. Wind is a big factor, tire pressure, get the idea it's a whole package. Last quarter I ended up with a 8.378. Getting 7.3 to 7.5 isn't that hard to do have showed several drivers how to do it. But to do it you definitely have to have a very relaxed driving style. Be safe enjoy the ride and have a great week.seawheeler and gunnyt Thank this. -
Another week down. Sitting here about 4 miles from Cowboy's stadium waiting to unload in the morning. Had a good run down here from IA with another Maverick driver. All in all I would say things are about what I expected. Some of the drivers are complaining about low miles but I think they would just complain about something else if they were happy with their mileage. Most of the other Maverick drivers are very helpful when you arrive at a location for the first time. It sure is nice to have someone help you fold your tarps. I try to return the favor to another Maverick driver at the first possible opportunity.

I'm glad everything is going smoothly for you. It's okay to fold. But watch out on the rolling drug test don't you know. LOL

I have decided that I will only help someone with a 2007 or older truck!...lol

I'm almost 2 weeks in with my trainer, things r looking good for me to test out around the 7th, fingers crossed....

I really like my '07. Just wish it had the EPU in it but that's just for A/C. I have a bunk heater that works great so no problems till next summer. My truck has just over 300K on it now so I might have it for awhile.
-
This bites, just after praising my '07 she let me down this morning. Woke up this morning with a transmission fault. Getting towed in.......
-
So, it is not just the '12s with the transmission faults. Hubby is talking to me and told me he just got the transmission fault light again in his '12 - he is just nursing it along.
