    they do alot of publix have talked to some of their drivers and all seem pretty happy btw it the dry stuff they do started noticing more day cabs lately

    yeah me two lot of day cabs but the dispatcher told me i would be gone for 7 to 10 days on website it says home most weekends were having my first daughter and wanted a company to retire from with insurance and home weekly well see havent heard from them yet

    They are screwed!!! Im a student i just dont understand how some of these companies think money is a higher priority then human lives !!!! And why would any driver want to risk their cdl and have a bad report on dac.

    It'll be interesting to follow... ultimately it is still the Driver's responsibility and that's what the company line will be, if this guy was on a cell then he was wrong to start with, anything after that is irrelavant as far as them asking drivers to run illegal... they'll pay for sure though.

    DAC and license is least of the drivers worries now. His life is done. Its very sad. You wake up one day trying to turn some miles and make a living, make a dumb mistake and now your a criminal.
