Cobra 29 Digital Question

    Has anyone bought this radio yet and if so what do you think of it. I have a29 now that I love but I am wanting something with weather band and was thinking about the Digital just for something different but I was wanting some feedback on it since it is fairly new.

    Cobra has always sold limited editions, they have a new version of the digital, with a chromed case.

    My freind bought one after coming back out OTR, he likes his.

    Ive got the 50th anniversary Cobra with the digital face, 18 ft. of coax and a mirror mount Wilson 2000 trucker series. And I love it! Great radio and gets out well to for a stock radio:biggrin_25525:

    I've got the LX. I like it. Seems to get out well. Not a fan of the volume knob tho. It's small but you get use to it. It's got built in radio and power checks which is nice. I like the display but depending on where you put it it can be hard to read on certain colors. The scan feature works good as does the WX alert.

    Overall I'd buy it again.

    I have this radio also , great options, the non 50th has the alarm clock option. Nice display colors. Green shows up the best for me. Over all very clean and sharp radio. The WX reception is not the best but it gets the job done. =)

    I have one in the classifieds section, has the rfx-75 and fully peaked and tuned, great deal with or w/o the antenna.
