Going "Prime"time

Do they still make you take the maintenance course before getting your keys?

I haven't heard anyone mention it lately.

If not, do they at least give you the maintenance info packets on the tractor and trailer in you "upgrade bag"

 

You'll do fine. If I remember what JCW said, SS has some Sim time with it.

In the old days we did the practical portion of Smith in a mini-van. Instructor sat in the passenger seat and each guy took a turn behind the wheel rolling around Springfield.

There usually was a stop off at a mini mart for a break.

Then some joker totaled the van by slamming into the back of someone. What an embarrassment in front of 4 other drivers and an instructor.

 

Well, seeing this was back in the "old days" maybe it wasn't a mini-mart they stopped off at for a break!

 

Well our instructor was kinda pervy. He routed us past all the pools that you could see from the road... Public and apartment complexes. Looking for a glimpse of some hot chicks.

 

Just out of curiosity, what kind of pet? I have been contemplating taking my "buddy" when the time is right, but I don't know how a Cat would handle the Road let alone the truck.
