Been their, done that!!! Never had this problem before after more drug tests than you can imagine!! Career change for me!!! And still being treated like a "BAD GUY"

That is for sure. DOT keeps track of LICENSED drivers. It's your DAC report that companies report to (as well as the DOT for drug issues), but it's tracked for CDL holders only.
I know this because I use to own a small trucking company and was very familiar with the process.
If you do not yet hold a CDL, there is no place to report it, nor any agency that tracks it.mountaindriver Thanks this. -
Was not allowed to wait in the lobby!!! Kept me in a room like a prisoner of war!!!

I've been in all this for a very long time. When they first started the testing it was a stand over your shoulder just about holding the cup for you. Now at least they send you to the bathroom. To this day however I have a problem with the whole process. Guess it's my belief of personal space, freedom and Innocent till proven guilty thing for me.
All of now are caught up in a paying for sins of the past thing. So we pee. It's part of the dance and like it or not if you want to drive it's what you have to do.
If you have a problem with the process ( as I do) you have 2 choices, buck up or get out. For now, I buck up, it get's too intrusive, I'll go fishing. -
From experience
Not true. It comes back as diluted. Not a posstive for drugs, at that time your company has 2 choices.
1st. They can accept that result as it is not a positive and continue your daily work.
2nd. They can request you take another test and advise you to NOT drink so much water.
As long as it doesn't come back as a positive or tampered result
Should be no issues.chompi Thanks this. -
Yes you guys are right about the test being diluted. I looked it up. Couldn't find where they talked about walking out though. I know I have seen it in the handbook before so I must be overlooking it or its in a different section.

if you are going to serve w(h)ine, at least go with a vintage.
They gave you a second chance after you muffed your first chance and you blew it also. Move on, learn and do not repeat the same mistake.
Btw paruresis doesn't cut it in this occupation. -
Definitely things to remember in the future.
