According to their website, you need 3 year OTR to drive for them.

Its next door to TDI down there in Sanford. So is MCT. DTL is a reefer company and does a lot of chicken and such. I don't think they run 48. Mostly east coast and heartland. They do have nice equipment. Pete's and Cascadia's.

Here is the low down from their site:

Swift is only hiring exp from Fl now. Recruiter said try back next month(probably won't,was only calling about their school options as a backup). Looking at CT Transportation, Cypress Truck, Sunstate and Service. I want to haul flatbed and stepdeck. Will be starting school in just over a month. Anybody know of any other flatbed companies hiring students from Florida?

I should have worded that different. The recruiter told me last week they weren't taking students for their school with no experience from Fl. I didn't ask if they took new CDL fresh out of school from Fl. Are you saying they are now? Also, I read where hometime with Swift in Fl was tough. My wife has medical issues and with 2 kids, I don't want to be out more than 2-3 weeks at a time.
