    Got a call from a recruiter today for an application I (never) submitted.* He said since I live in S FL, I'd be doing driving slip seat.

    Thinking about it, it doesn't sound too appealing, but for those doing it or have done it, just how bad is it? Is the the little bit extra pay worth it?

    I have never slip seated, but I know a lot of people who don't like it. Most people end up having total slobs use their truck before them, and it stinks, is dirty, etc. Other than that factor, it probably wouldn't be a huge problem for you.

    Oh, I've already changed my mind. My co driver and I just got done picking up an abandoned truck and cleaning it out... I know now I could never slip seat, especially smokers trucks. Cigarette ash and butts nauseate me.
