If ya' want somebody else to stalk, ya' can follow me Jarhed, lol. Last trip was 3 pics in Salinas, CA area to Columbus, OH. Then picked up this load in Minster, OH sittin in Sparks, NV now at first drop. Finish up tomarrow in Grandview, WA. Preplaned to pickup in Wallula, WA goin' to Denver, CO with 2 drops Tues.

 

10 more days till hometime, man i'm ready for it. 6 weeks is long enough, think i'll cut it back to 4, now that i'm on track for the holidays.

 

Had a hell of a time the last couple days, blew anouther coolant hose in Nebraska this time ( only $724.33 ) Then the next mornin' my heater quit working in Wyoming, turned out that one was a simple fix, circuit breaker worn out. Guess that's truckin' for ya', some days ya' run 600+ miles and everything is great, other days ya' can't get outta' the truck stop without something going wrong.

I'm back...made the decision to leave Dart and go to JCT, turning in my truck in Atlanta GA then leaving Wednesday to start orientation Sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to afford a laptop or good tablet (Kindle Fire?) and will be able to keep up with the posts again. Okay, leaving again...bwahaha.

 

Leaving from Atlanta GA for orientation tomorrow, Dart screwed me pretty good on final pay today. If I had just dropped the truck off without giving them any notice I would have gotten paid. Oh well, guess this just confirms my decision. Doesn't pay to do the honorable thing with some people/companies....Just wish I didn't have to leave my family more or less broke. Gonna make this work.
