    It does to me.

    Does that count for anything?

Me too, I don't think it really counts for much though. LOL

I got a suggestion...think outside the box and go and SCALE the load! Then you can ask questions and make suggestions.

If it's a SPIF quad then the tridem and the steerable/lift axle must all equalize.

Personal information for you guys, TRI-AXLES are not limited to 65,000lbs in the province of Quebec and Ontario. Depending on the spread of the trailer.

As per example, we have 12 feet TRI-Axle trailers that haul 71-72000lbs of freight because of the spread. If I remember correctly, 10 feet >= 24 000kg and 12 ft >= 26, 000kg.

    Just food for thought.

just remember most shippers like to and need to load 53' like 48'.i haul a 48' quad that the load is all equal weight skids about 70000 lbs on 19 skids.the configuration i have the load is 2 skids in the nose side by side then 3 singles down the middle then 5 doubles ,then 2 singles and the a double to lock everything together. i've gone across the scales numerous times and never had a problem.:biggrin_25517:
