GET YOUR PERMIT AT HOME!!! Check to make sure it will transfer over to MO, if it will, then get it before you go for orientation. It takes a lot of stress off. Once in MO you get less than 24 hours to study for the three tests. Its a lot easier to get it befer, than after. I waited n got mine once I was in SPRIMO, but I downloaded the manual and was taking practice tests for 2 weeks. Check to make sure the permit will transfer, if so, get it done n out of the way before you come.

My recruiter was Tabitha. She answered my questions so.... and told me about the pet policy

I believe the reason that they said that is because CA makes you take the written test over when you transfer your license. Get the cdl book from Ca dmv to study and get ahead of the game. I'm sure that the info from mo and Ca are the same, but Ca might have some harder or stupiderrrrr questions. Any way take the Ca permit or not its up to you. Good Luck and hope to see you out here.
