Lets see..........I told you to make a workers comp claim on it.....and had you done that jbs would have had you go to the nearest clinic....and paid for it......now you have to find one on your own....you could still call hr in the morning and see what thay will do for you.........good luck
-
Just stop.....we heard you ok..........enough.....you had a few good points 10 pages ago but now your just being a pain.....Seriously4571, JackMac, Florida Girl and 4 others Thank this.
-
How and why did you let it get infected.
-
Yea your all right. I will stop being a pain. Never knew that fighting for more pay was such a bad thing. But I guess just like most people don't like to have a change for the better. Never thought in a million years so many people would be up in arms over trying to be paid more fairly. Well anyways you all have fun with this. And your pay most certainly go down once the government implements the new hours of service.

Wow,I take a day off and the obama administration-kevin harvick hits the fan!!!! Tankerman is frustrated that's all-so am I! I'm not goin to beat a dead horse, just lookin elswhere and movin on. Its not a jbs problem its an (other than tanker-oilfield trk)industry wide problem. Hey seriously I need to correct you on 1 issue-detention(demmurage) has been paid WAY b4 the lastest log regs. I got paid detention in the early 90's waiting to unload oilfield pipe on a right of way(happened several times) I pulled flatbed and cattle in the 90's. I did pull a reefer about a year however. Usually flatbedders don't sit unld and lding more than 2 hrs, tarping takes longer but I got paid 50$ for that no matter how long it took. Cattle is driver load and unload and I grew up on a ranch so it didn't take me long. Anyhooo enough of wackin that mule... Headed to ft worth for a 123 mile run that takes 4 hrs to unld, just sayin. You guys be cool on ya stools. Rainin hard in east tx with people with turduckin on there minds!
tankerman1974 Thanks this. -
New hrs of service will be years off, that will be tied up in courts for longer then I hope to be driving but...
We aren't "up in arms" as you put it, you haven't offered a solution that is viable at this time, when you do we might all be "up in arms" to help you out, all you have done is tell us how bad it is at JBS and that you are going to go back to something else or somewhere new as soon as you can, ok, then good luck on your new endeavors and I think we all hope it works for you, please let us know as we may all need an alternative someday too.
Have a happy, healthy and safe Thanksgiving to all.Florida Girl, foxfire and Seriously4571 Thank this.
