Need employment help

I was recently terminated for being involved in an accident that didnt involve personal injury at the time of the accident. 3 weeks later the person in the 4 wheeler claimed injury,which now has resulted in my termination. I was a trainer at the time and have a great record for never being late on a load in 16 months,my dispatcher and planners relied on me to save late loads, and an unknown motorist called my company and praised me on my courtsey and professionalism as a truck driver. Im not sure on how to go about finding another job with this on my employment record. Can anyone out there help me with suggestions on what to do? Also are there any owners operators looking for a reliable safe driver to operate a truck for them? Thank you, al

 

Yes i was cited based on what driver of car and a witness that stopped . In my truck is an electronic device that warns you of being out of lane and it never went off saying i was out of my lane. I saw him in my mirror and noticed he was riding close to the left and not in the middle, i tired to move to my left but lane was full of oncoming cars.
