EEOC Brings Class Action Against Prime for Sex Discrimination

Personaly I am on a waitlist right now told it will be anywhere from a month to a year depending on when a female trainer is ready, which in a way sucks BUT I totaly respect the idea. I did try other schools but I really like what prime has to offer, my recruiter Sylvia was super professional and straight forward and none of the other recruiters even gave me the time of day. I think it had to do with the fact that I have been sitting at a desk for the past 15yrs and no type of experience at all. I am looking at this wait as a time frame to get prepared, you know loose weight, build up some muscle maybe, you know get myself prepared. Im so thankful I was put on the wait list today. hopefully my wait wont be so long.

 

I've been on the Prime Inc list for 3 years!!!!!!! Of course I got another job. I'm still waiting......

Female applied and accepted by Prime January 2009 put on a list Filed complaint EEOC July 2009 still on list, EEOC finding of probable cause November 2009 still on list, Investigation started February 2010 still on list, Merit Finding April 2011 still on list, September 2011 class action filed still on list. All documents can be found on line and are public record if you really would like to have an opinion based on facts. All of it is very interesting

You need to look at all of the documents pertaining to this 3 year old situation. Then have an opinion. The court filings are all on line
