not exactly an accident but sure was a mistake

    I shot this a couple weeks ago....hauling in to what will one day be I-69. Wouldda been screwed around 3:45 if I followed your advice.:biggrin_25525:

    I'll take my truck anywhere the load needs to go. If I get stuck along the way, that's what the 20' long 3/8" G70 chain in my side box is for. 9 times out of 10, though, I use it to pull out a stuck Petercar.:biggrin_2559:

    I wonder if he ever got that truck back? By the time the wheels got wet it would be sinking to the frame.

    I won't even take my military 6x6 truck on the beach. The folks that live on the coast are expert at driving their cars and vans on the beach and not getting stuck, but there's no one going to go onto the beach with anything big enough to to unstick that 24000 lb pig (his or mine)and the bottom line is - why risk an expensive piece of equipment like that?
