Teams: Do they really pay .44/mile for teams? .48/mile for hazmat? Do they have enough freight to keep you running constantly? Any complaints from any team drivers?

yes on the pay. Typical teams make that for every mile but the money is then split between you. You dont individually make 44 cpm. So lets say you and your co driver have a run that is 1000 miles. So 100 times .44 cpm equals 440 dollars. Split that in 2 and you each make 220 for that run. On the miles, they should run plenty as team driving is for expedited freight and that is a specialty. Complaints for teams, hard to find a good teammate and you never really get a good nights sleep while the truck is moving.

We love it and we get paid the .48 on all loads whether they are hazmat or not. Craig and I love USX and have had very few issues. The first couple months we broke down A LOT but once we got a different truck it's been awesome. I'm not sure if our experience is unusual because we honestly don't have a lot of problems that other drivers have. Highly suggest getting your hazmat if you don't already have it. Hope this helps.

I talked w/Craig before I got on here...Definitely worth the move from USA.

We don't have HazMat, but they usually keep us moving. We've had a few bad weeks but most are 6000+

when we were company drivers we (almost)always ran good miles, now that we are o/o's i don't know what we would do if we had to run a 6000 miles in a week

A bad week is 3500mi when you go home. We are just now getting into the slow season, so I guess I'll know in a few.months.

Nice way to try and push your company on someone. Didn't even think to ask how much experience she had. Looking at her info it shows she's a student, someone who definitely doesn't need to jump off into a lease program, or go buy their own truck either. Try pedaling your company trying to get bonuses elsewhere.

Teams fare better even during the slow season. I think our worst week in the last year that we worked the whole week (no home time) was over 4500 miles.
